Service provided by
RecoveryPlaybook is a tool operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. The service is currently offered with a free tier and a proposed paid Pro tier (see ). The free tier is provided free of charge; the Pro tier is a one-time commercial purchase. This is not a guaranteed recovery solution.
What this service does
RecoveryPlaybook allows you to answer a short set of questions about your business and receive a printable, step-by-step recovery playbook. The playbook is a written guide generated from the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional IT consulting, disaster recovery services, or cybersecurity assessment.
No guarantee of recovery
The recovery playbook you receive is a written guide that organises the information you supply into a structured format. It does not execute any recovery actions, connect to any system, or monitor any infrastructure. RecoveryPlaybook makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that following the steps in your playbook will successfully restore any system, prevent data loss, or mitigate any incident. The playbook is a planning tool, not a recovery system.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. RecoveryPlaybook has no independent knowledge of your systems, your contacts, your vendors, or your infrastructure. An incomplete or inaccurate questionnaire will produce an incomplete or inaccurate playbook. You should verify the generated playbook and update it as your business changes.
Data you provide
When you sign in through the shared authentication host (auth.agen2ic.ai) and complete the questionnaire, you provide your email address and details about your business (including systems, contacts, vendors, backup information, and insurance details). This information is stored and associated with your account so that you can access, print, and download your playbook on subsequent visits.
You may delete your playbook at any time by contacting the operator. Our privacy policy describes how your data is handled in more detail.
No service-level guarantees
The free tier of RecoveryPlaybook is provided free of charge. The Pro tier is a one-time commercial purchase. In either case, there is no service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or support commitment. The service may be unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not commit to any specific level of availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agen2ic, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use RecoveryPlaybook, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or recovery costs — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The content generated by RecoveryPlaybook does not constitute professional IT, cybersecurity, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for matters specific to your business, including compliance obligations, data protection, and insurance coverage.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
