What data we collect

When you sign in through the shared authentication host (auth.agen2ic.ai), we receive your email address and a unique identifier. This information is stored in our database and associated with the playbooks you create.

When you fill out the questionnaire, we store your answers — business name, industry, critical systems, contacts, backup information, insurance details, vendor information, and any notes you provide. This data makes up the content of your playbook.

How we use your data

• Your email address is used only to identify you when you return to the site and to associate playbooks with your account.
• Your questionnaire answers are used to generate your recovery playbook.
• Your playbook content is stored so you can view, print, and download it on subsequent visits.

What we do not do with your data

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
• We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. (We have no email sender.)
• We do not analytics-track or cookie-track your browsing.
• We do not use your data for training any AI or machine learning model.

Data storage and retention

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Playbooks are kept indefinitely so you can access them when needed. You can delete a playbook by contacting the operator.

Session tokens expire after 24 hours. Expired sessions are automatically ignored.

Third-party services

Authentication is handled by a shared authentication host at auth.agen2ic.ai, which processes your email address and password on our behalf. We do not see or store your password.

We use Google Fonts to serve typography. Google's privacy policy applies to the font request.

Data portability

Your playbook is available for you to download as an HTML file at any time from the playbook view page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. We will not make material retroactive changes without notice.
